The Durham Community Center's Board of Directors and volunteers are constantly trying to improve the Community Center and Grounds making Durham a better place to live and raise a family. The Durham Community Center now has a 501C3 tax status and donations are tax deductible.
It would not be possible to make improvements without the help of dedicated volunteers, the fund raisers we have had over the years and the donations we have received.
There have been many additions and improvements over the years but there is still much more to be done.
Future
Goals for The Community Center Include:
Building modern restrooms - major building repair and making
the building usable year round - chain link fence around ball park
We are taking on one project at a time and little by little our goals are being met.
